Before calling: If calling to discuss an error message, please turn on error logging. Then rerun and duplicate the error, print out the new entry in the error log, and have the logged information at your fingertips. Better yet, e-mail or fax it to us.

When you call: Please have your computer up, running VBLM, and within reach of the phone.
