The LTE file menu contains both the usual stuff for saving and printing, and VBLM-unique commands for importing, exporting and translating:
Save Project, Save Project As
Save the current project (not just the current table) to disk. If not previously saved, or if you select Save Project As, you are given the opportunity to name the project file.
Import & Export
The import and export commands allow you to transfer string data between VBLM's binary project files (*.LMP) and text import/export files (*.LMX) LMX files. See Importing & Exporting.
Translate
If you have configured VBLM to work with any 3rd Party Translation Applications, this selection pops up the Table Translation Window in preparation to call the program and translate the current language table.
Pops up a dialog box in which you specify what portion of the current language table you wish to print, and then sends it to the printer.
Print Options
Pops up the Print Options dialog box in which you specify the format for printed output.
Printer Setup
Pops up a standard Printer Setup dialog box.
Run CharMap
Executes the CharMap applet supplied with Windows for access to special characters. The path for charmap is set on the app paths tab of the general options window, where you can also configure VBLM to keep CharMap topmost when it runs.
Close
Closes the LTE and returns to the main window. Note that you are not prompted to save changes, because they are always preserved until you exit VBLM altogether.
