After receiving and processing your order, we will send you a serial number that will enable the files that you can download from this site. There are no shipping or extra charges for this, unless you are outside of North America and need a paper receipt mailed to you. If you e-mail the order form, expect to receive your serial number by the next close-of-business, Eastern Standard Time. Note that the absolute fastest way to get your hands on the software is to download it, then grab your credit card and call us on the phone.
